1 Take the MRT to Kent Ridge MRT Station (Circle Line).
2 Turn right at the station exit and proceed to Bus Stop 3.
3 Board NUS Shuttle Buses A, D2, BTC, K or public bus 95.
4 Alight directly at LT27 - Lim Seng Tjoe Lecture Theatre.
5 For Taxi / Ride-Hailing, configure your destination to NUS S16 Drop-Off Point.

Location: Stamford Foyer, Level 4
Address: 80 Bras Basah Rd, Singapore 189560

1 Take the MRT to City Hall MRT Station.
2 Follow the underground pedestrian signage to Raffles City Shopping Centre and Swissôtel The Stamford.
3 Enter the Swissôtel lobby and ascend 3 flights of escalators to reach Level 4.
4 For Taxi / Ride-Hailing, set your terminal point to Swissôtel The Stamford lobby.
5 Complete your check-in at the self-service registration kiosks stationed inside the Stamford Foyer.

Main conference check-in

  • Check in at the kiosks in Stamford Foyer upon arrival on 16 June.
  • Have your QR code ready for scanning.
Food

Conference catering

All-day coffee & tea will be available. Buffet-style catering will be provided for morning tea break, lunch, and afternoon tea break. Food will be labelled with information on common allergens (nuts, sesame etc.).

Special Dietary Requests: If you indicated that you require Halal, Kosher, or gluten-free meals, please collect your individual bento boxes from the Information Desk, located within Stamford Foyer.

Pre-paid dinner ticket

  • Collect at the conference registration desk on 18 June from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • Have your badge QR code ready.
  • You will receive a wristband; there is no replacement, so keep it safe.
Transport

Bus to the venue

  • Join the bus queue at Stamford Foyer.
  • Buses depart at 6:15 PM and 6:40 PM.
  • Look out for conference marshals with purple lanyards.
  • Goal: reach Gardens by the Bay by 7:00 PM before dinner at 8:00 PM.

Is there a preferred hotel rate?

There is no official hotel of the conference, but common nearby options include Carlton Hotel Singapore, Citadines Rochor Singapore, Oakwood Bencoolen Singapore, Rendezvous Hotel Singapore by Far East Hospitality, Swissôtel The Stamford Singapore, and The Robertson House.
