AI4X 2027 · Bremen
Deadline: 31 December 2026 23:59 AoE (UTC-12)
AI4X 2027 invites submissions for oral and poster presentations. Submissions run in two rounds: Round 1 opens on 20 October 2026 and closes on 31 December 2026; Round 2 opens on 1 February 2027 and closes on 21 February 2027. Round 1 Accept/Reject decisions will be released on 31 January 2027. Round 2 acceptance decisions and Oral/Poster decisions for all submissions will be released on 31 March 2027.
Papers published in a peer-reviewed venue on or after 1 September 2026 – please submit the camera-ready PDF. Preprints, workshop papers, and other non-archival works are not eligible via this track.
Work in progress is welcome. Please prepare a 2-page abstract. It must use the AI4X 2027 template: LaTeX (GitHub, Overleaf, file); a Word template will also be available, it produces a lower-quality PDF and more false positives in the reference check, so we discourage it. Acknowledgments, AI acknowledgments, appendices, and references are not counted towards the page limit. Review is single-blind: do not anonymize your submission.
All accepted works must be presented at AI4X 2027 in Bremen in person. Works not presented will be removed from the program.
One person can present up to one contributed oral talk; there is no limit on the posters.
There is no formal limit on the total number of submissions. However, we may summarily reject submissions from authors who submit a large number of low-quality submissions.
