Guide to Authors -

AI4X2025 is scheduled to be a fully in-person event. All presenters are expected to register and attend the conference to present their abstract. There is no provision for remote presentations.
All presenters are required to register and pay the registration fees by 31^st May 2025 AOE.
If you are unable to present in person, please write to info@ai4x.cc to withdraw your submission.
We reserve the right to remove oral presentations and posters from the program in the event that none of the authors register as a presenter of a submission by the above deadline.
While not obligatory, presenters are encouraged to feature the official AI4X conference logo in their presentation materials. You may download it here.

Please prepare a 15-minute presentation (including Q&A).
Only pptx, ppt, and pdf file types with an aspect ratio of 16:9 will be accepted.
We will provide detailed instructions on file upload at a later date.
We reserve the right to remove oral presentations from the program if we do not receive the presentation slides by the deadline indicated.

Please prepare a Size A0 Poster in Portrait Orientation.
For posters larger than Size A0, we reserve the right to modify, relocate, or remove the poster to avoid interference with other posters.
